  • Coaching

  • "Training combined with coaching produces an increase in productivity of 88%"
    International Personnel Management Association 1997

Coaching is one of the most effective methods of enhancing performance. It
involves deliberate and specific activities that are designed to help people
develop their skills by learning on the job. A good coach leads highly
productive teams who are keen to learn new skills and as a result
significantly increase the cost effectiveness and efficiency of their
    department/organisation. "

  • Presentation Skills

  • "Suit the action to the word and the word to the action!."

Delivering a presentation with confidence requires skills, professionalism
and confidence. Successful presenters can deliver a persuasive and
convincing presentation with style and impact, and as a result achieve their
    desired response.
This workshop concentrates on the three 'p's of presentation- 'preparation,
practice and performance'. Delegates will practice several different styles
of presentation and be guided and encouraged by an experienced coach.
Delegates should come to the course with an outline of a presentation to
    work on.

  • Stress Management

  • Stress is the highest cause of absence among non-manual employees, with an
estimated 12.8m working days lost in Britain in 2003 – 04

Source: Don’t Mind Me, New Philanthropy Capital 2006

How much does stress cost? The Confederation of British Industry has
estimated that mental health and stress problems cost employers £5bn, and
the Institute of Management has estimated that every day, more than a
quarter of a million people take time off work because of work-related
stress. That sets the British economy back £7bn a year in sick pay, lost
production and costs to the NHS.

On a personal level stress is having an enormous impact on a people's health
and well being. People can experience a wide range of symptoms including
physical, emotional and mental difficulties. As a result there is an
increasing demand for effective methods to manage and limit the effects of
    stress on the individual.

  • Values Audit for Businesses

  • "We're going to see companies increasingly assume that what they stand for
in an enduring sense is more important than what they sell.

Jim Collins - Built to Last

Having a clearly defined set of values is essential for the long-term
success of any business. In an increasingly competitive and changing world
it is essential that businesses are able to meet all the challenges that
they may face and whether we realise it or not the values held by the
business affect every aspect of the business and the lives of their
employees. Businesses need to ask themselves many questions and these
include: How to attract and keep talented people? How to increase
profitability and shareholder value? How to increase creativity,
    productivity and customer satisfaction?
