Ross Brittleton:- Ross formed elementals in 2002. Prior to that he was working in the fields of health, education, training and the arts. He is a qualified coach, psychotherapist, trainer, educator and a trained actor. His innovative, creative and imaginative methods reflect over 25 years experience gained from working in a wide variety of work environments and learning the most up to date methods available. Through his work and experience he places the ability to communicate and manage our lives effectively as the cornerstone of training in both personal and professional settings. By allowing people to "do" he believes they learn far more effectively. Over the years he has developed ways of working that allow people to develop their communication, organisational, planning and personal development skills. He is committed to people, not to technology or paper. He works with people to help them to develop all the skills they will need to live and work more effectively in an ever-changing world.
